Widerrufsbelehrung (Right of Withdrawal)

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you, receive the goods.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel your order:

  • We will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or customized goods.

  • Goods that are no longer in their original condition (used or damaged).
